LINDIWE SISULU WRITES TO UNDERMINE ZUMA'S AUDIENCE FOR PHIRI

LINDIWE SISULU HAS AS OF FRIDAY 11 MARCH 2011 ALREADY PUT PEN TO PAPER TO UNDERMINE PRESIDENT ZUMA'S AUDIENCE FOR PHIRI.

INDEED, THERE IS NO WAY PHIRI COULD BE RIGHTFULLY IMAGINING HE HAS THE EAR OF THE SOUTH AFRICA'S STATE PRESIDENT AND COMMANDER IN CHIEF WHILE HIS MINISTER OF DEFENCE (LINIDIWE SISULU A.K.A. NONCEBA) IS GOING AHEAD WITH THE PROGRAMME (COMPLAINED ABOUT TO THE PRESIDENT) OF SUBJECTING HIM TO XHOSA-SPEAKING THEMBU TRIBAL HEGEMONY AND EASTERN-CAPE REGIONALISM IN SOUTH AFRICA'S DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE AND VETERANS AFFAIRS

UNLESS THERE ISSUES A CLEAR DEMONSTRATION FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT FOR PHIRI'S ATTENTION, ONE CAN UNEQUIVOCALLY NOW DECLARE THAT PRESIDENT JACOB ZUMA’S OFFICE HAS BEEN CONSIGNED TO YET A LAME-DUCK PRESIDENCY BY NOBODY ELSE BUT HIS OWN DEFENCE MINISTER.  IN HER DOGGED DETERMINATION TO CONTINUE WITH HER XHOSA-SPEAKING THEMBU TRIBALISM IN HER DEPARTMENT.

EXCEPT FOR MAKING EMPTY PROMISES "TO IMPLEMENT ALL THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE RECENT COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION", SHE HAS IN FACT NOT AT ALL LEARNT HER LESSONS AND TAKEN CUE FROM THE PRESIDENT’S CALL THAT SOLDIERS TOO BEING HUMAN MUST BE ACCORDED GENUINE AUDIENCE AND SYMPATHY IN ALL THEIR LOT.

AMONG THIS LOT, PHIRI IS ADDING THE ONGOING TRIBALISM IN SISULU'S DEPARTMENT, TOO OFTEN TALKED ABOUT IN HUSH HUSH TONES.

OF LATE, HER TRIBAL ARROGANCE HAS SADLY ACCORDED HER OFFICE A HUMILIATION WITH AN ORDER OF THE HIGH COURT THAT SHE MUST NOW DEFINITIVELY LAY HER HANDS OFF THE SCORES OF SOLDIERS SHE FIRED WITHOUT PROCEDURE FOR NO CRIME SAVE A DEMONSTRATION AT (UNION BUILDINGS) OF THE INHUMAN WORKING CONDITIONS LARGELY CREATED BY HER STYLE OF OVERPROMOTING HER TRIBE TO THE EXCLUSION OF OTHER MORE DESERVING SOUTH AFRICAN COLOURED, BLACK, ETHNIC INDIANS AND WHITES.

OF COURSE, HER DEEPER BUNGLE IN HER ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL CAMPAIGN OF FORMALIZED XHOSA-SPEAKING TRIBALISM AND EASTERN-CAPE-REGIONALISM AS STARTED BY THE ADMINISTRATIONS OF  Mandela AND MBEKI WHERE EVEN GOVERNMENT FORMS AND QUESTIONNAIRES STILL REFER TO CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE POPULATION AS "AFRICAN" WHILE OTHERS, DESPITE BEING BORN AND BRED IN AFRICA AND IN SPITE OF THEM PAYING DUE LOYALTY TO THE CONTINENT ARE REFERRED TO WITH OTHER NAMES BAR "AFRICAN".

OF LATE, THE DEBATE ABOUT SOUTH AFRICA'S "COLOURED PEOPLE" (WHO ARE IN FACT AS AFRICAN AS ANY ZULU, PEDI ETC) HAS SPILLED OUT OF PROPORTION BASED ON THIS STRUCTURALLY TRIBALISTIC FORMALIZATION OF SOUTH AFRICA'S ETHNIC GROUPS WHICH AMAZINGLY BUT OFFICIALLY DOES EXCLUDE THE COLOURED PERSON FROM BEING AFRICAN.

WHEN YOU GO TO TANZANIA, THE USA ETC, A LOCAL FELLOW OF PAKISTANI DESCENT IS REFERRED TO AS "AN AFRICAN" OR "AMERICAN", AS THE CASE MAY BE (AND NOT A PAKISTANI), YET IN SOUTH AFRICA YOUR PAKISTANI OR EUROPEAN DESCENT IS FORMALLY THROWN AT YOUR FACE BY MEANS OF ALL THE GOVERNMENT FORMS YOU MUST FILL HOWEVER MUCH YOU MAY LOVE AFRICA!  IT IS THROWN AT YOUR FACE AS IF "PAKISTANI" IS NO MORE YOUR MERE ETHNICITY BUT IS ALSO YOUR NATIONALITY!!!

THEN PEOPLE BEGIN TO WONDER WHY THERE ARE MANYIS, MANUELS AND OF LATE, THE PAUL NGOBENIS DEBATING WHETHER "COLOUREDS AND GANGSTERS AND RACISTS SHOULD BEGIN SPREADING OUT OF THE WESTERN CAPE"!

THE RELEVANCE OF THIS DEBATE HERE CANNOT BE OVERSTATED BECAUSE OF SISULU'S OWN TRIBALISM IN HER DEPARTMENT, AT LEAST WHERE PHIRI IS BEING VICTIMIZED FOR BLOWING THE WHISTLE AGAINST SISULU'S FELLOW TRIBESWOMAN, BOBELO-ZINI, THE 2001 COLLEGE FORNICATOR-FOR-PROMOTION FROM A MERE MAJOR TO A BRIGADIER GENERAL!

IT IS ALSO RELEVANT BECAUSE, NO SOONER DID SISULU APPARENTLY RECEIVE LEGAL ADVICE FROM THIS PAUL-NGOBENI CHAP "THAT IT IS FINE TO DEFY PRESIDENT ZUMA (BY MARCH 11, 2011) AND TO GO AHEAD SUMMONING PHIRI FOR  MILITARY PROSECUTION BEFORE THE PRESIDENT APPLIES HIS MIND", THAN PAUL NGOBENI GOT A SUSPENSION BY GOVERNMENT FROM HIS POST OF LEGALLY ADVISING SISULU.

IF THIS LEGAL EAGLE OF SISULU'S IS SO DAFT AS IS REFLECTED BY HIS SUSPENSION, WHY ARE HIS DAFT ADVICES (OSTENSIBLY HIS INDEED) CONSIDERED BY SISULU AS UN-DAFT WHERE HE OSTENSIBLY RECOMMENDED THE  PROSECUTION OF PHIRI EVEN WHILE PRESIDENT ZUMA THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF TO PHIRI, IS STILL SEIZED WITH THE MATTER?

Hopefully the issues about the Ngobenis is water under the bridge now.  It has to be a done deal and please let us now look forward where it concerns Phiri’s as-yet unresponded-to grievance to the President who must of course not be harried and hassled by Sisulu to give a resolution soonest particularly where Sisulu’s own fellow-Eastern-Capre regionalist Thabo Mbeki finished his almost-two-terms of office having not even lifted a finger in helping Phiri in solving the suffering some individual fellow-Sisulu Xhosa-speakers and other ex-Eastern-Cape individuals of Sisulu’s own Department have been subjecting Phiri.

I hope Sisulu’s office will be duly called to order by the Presidency to stop her most recent chinanagans at persecuting Phiri with her discredited military courts and even more discredited incumbents.  I mean, Sisulu's uniformed legal eagle, The Adjutant General who goes by the name of Mr Bailey Mmono who is also the husband of the controversial female constitutional judge who mysteriously dragged veteran freedom fighter and Cape Judge President  John Mandlakayise Hlophe into the greatest storm ever seen in a teacup, has himself been shown through a sworn affidavit (to follow shortly in a post) as having been favoured by his predecessor, a man called Mr Dunstan Smart, himself notorious for chasing skirt and unfairly promoting the "easir" of the ladies and other gentlemen who must now as of tomorrow (17 March 2011) sit and my-foot fairly judge Phiri who is fighting against Sisulu's progrmame of Thembu-tribe promotion by fornication.

What fairness can I get from judges promoted in that fashion in a trial that touches on their very way in which they were promoted?

In any case, Blogger Phiri is attending military court tomorrow at 8 ( 17 March 2011) as per order of Messrs Yengeni and Malatji the latter of whom is frequently shown clutching the coat-tails of a Mr Bailey Mmono who most probably is the one who convinced the Sisulu circle that [he knows the case of Phiri like the back of his hand and he will secure a conviction]!

The reader of my Blog is already privy to the communication received by Blogger from the highest office in the land of the legendary Shaka Zulu.

Lowly man I, who, because of a wrong ethnic origin in the eyes of the Nelson  Mandela’s tribe, have had my Tanzanian-born family stripped from me in 1994 while  Mandela tribemen Monezi Gcilitshe and Benson Mandidi illegally shredded a United Nations Passport granted to my first wife to repatriate with me to South Africa back in 1994.  Even controversial clergyman Tutu, being Xhosa-speaking himself, condemned the treatment I and those Tanzanian  citizens suffered and recorded my case as a human-right abuse yet to this day, the office of the President (under Mbeki) arbitrarily and without explanation refused to repatriate my children, hence this most recent apprisal to the new President together with the current persecution by Xhosa-speaking Sisulu.

To tell the truth, I have been buoyed to get the response I got fromthe office of the President! I lowly man who has as of 2001 been falsely charges by the office of Lindiwe Sisulu for daring to say Xhosa-speaking  Mandela’s tribe and relatives in the Army dare not live above law of the Republic of South Africa with corruption and related unmilitary activities for officers where one too many individuals from  Mandela’s tribe who are colonels and generals will coerce sex with other men’s wives in uniform and only then promote them to become stupid and ignorant individuals of our SANDF wearing the rank of general per fornication as is the case with Ms Winnie Ntombizodwa Bobelo-Zini.

I, my Goodness, HAVE FINALLY HAD THE EARS OF MY COMMANDER IN CHIEF AND PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA, HIS EXCELLENCY JACOB GEDLEYIHLEKISA ZUMA WHOM I SO MUCH LOVE, RESPECT AND REVERE!

I, will finally receive a relief from my 26 years now being persecuted by individuals from Xhosa-speaking Nelson  Mandela’s Thembu tribe!
